MKGR welcomes people who are dependable, teachable and willing to serve. Previous radio experience is useful but not required for every pathway.

Ways to serve

Find your team

Present short segments, support interviews, read approved scripts or help welcome contributors on air.

Research topics, write programme notes, prepare devotionals and develop clear audience-facing content.

Support recording, audio editing, stream monitoring, metadata and equipment setup.

Help maintain the website, apps, social channels, artwork, clips and programme catalogue.

Assist with administration, schedules, event coordination, records and volunteer communication.

Support Open Days, registration, hospitality, visitor guidance and safe studio access.
