How is my personal data handled when I fill in a form?

Information is used for the stated purpose and handled under the Privacy Policy. Access is limited to authorised people. It is not shared for unrelated purposes, although necessary information may be disclosed where required by law or to protect someone from harm.

Who do I contact with a safeguarding concern?

Email data.governance@mkgrstudio.co.uk. If a child or adult is in immediate danger or a serious crime is in progress, call 999. For a non-emergency police matter, call 101. Do not wait for an MKGR response in an emergency.
